In recent years, Chashan Village, the first village to enter Guangxi along the Xiaohe Ancient Road, has seized the opportunity of the Internet and e-commerce live streaming, implemented the "E-commerce for All" strategy, and continuously developed new business forms such as Internet marketing, live-streaming sales, and rural tourism to increase income and become prosperous. It has formed a new model of integrated development of agriculture, culture and tourism featuring "industry + e-commerce + tourism".
In Chashan Village, inside the first "5G+ Digital Village" exhibition hall in Hezhou, which was built by relevant departments, the big data screen on the wall is showing real-time analysis of the sources of tourists. Among them, tourists from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area account for 38%. The "slow live streaming" run by the village collective focuses its camera on the covered bridge and rice fields, attracting an average of 30,000 netizens to "cloud tour" every day. Today, in Chashan Village, an e-commerce street gathers over 30 shops. Agricultural products are sold to all parts of the country through live streaming on mobile phones, truly achieving the goal of "small screens connecting big markets".
With the continuous rise in brand awareness, Chashan Village has transformed from a "cow dung street" in the past into a popular check-in village. It receives 600,000 tourists annually and creates a tourism value of 8 million yuan. By 2024, the per capita income of the village is expected to exceed 33,000 yuan.
In the "Fuwang Shulian · Chuansuo Good Governance" initiative implemented in Fuchuan, Lixin Community of Fuyang Town, relying on the digital rural construction platform, has built a smart management platform for Lixin Community and innovatively launched a closed-loop service model of "residents placing orders, grids dispatching orders, Party members accepting orders, departments closing orders, and communities evaluating orders".
Since the platform was developed, a total of 128 matters such as the construction of rain shelters have been handled for the public, with a 100% closed-loop completion rate. Five joint meetings were held, over 20 issues were discussed, and 17 problems were resolved. More than 80 distinctive service activities such as giving out Spring Festival couplets and civilized practice activities were carried out. Ten "micro-wishes" were led and three public welfare night schools were held, effectively enhancing the efficiency of grassroots governance. This governance model has now been replicated and promoted in eight urban communities across the county, making a "Fuchuan exploration" to solve the problems in grassroots governance.
In the seedling greenhouses of the modern facility vegetable industrial park in Chaoyang Village, Fuyang Town, modern mechanical technology, electronic technology and computer technology are integrated, which can realize the entire process of automated production from seeds to seedlings. It precisely completes a series of key seedling operations such as sowing, watering, fertilizing and pest and disease control, greatly improving the seedling efficiency. The survival rate of seedlings can reach over 95%.
It is reported that the industrial park is equipped with the most advanced fully automatic tidal logistics seedbed seedling raising equipment in China. It uses a series of high-end technologies such as AI intelligent spider grippers for seedling raising, and at the same time adopts green energy technologies such as automatic supplementary lighting and waste heat recovery. Compared with traditional greenhouses, it saves 30% of energy and reduces the carbon footprint per crop by 60%.
With the rapid development of digital agriculture, Fuchuan has currently built over 2,900 mu of solar greenhouses, introduced two leading enterprises, and established a development model of "company + base + farmers", injecting strong impetus into the local agricultural industry and driving more nearby people to find employment nearby.
